Is internet connection needed at the plant?
No. HIGEA works offline on operator terminals and syncs when connection is restored. Built for industrial environments with intermittent coverage.
How long does it take to deploy?
Standard rollout is 4 to 6 weeks. It includes a review of your current PNCH, template configuration, staff training and on-site support during the first week.
Is it compatible with the Kit Digital grant?
Yes. eSynapsing is an official Kit Digital agent, so you can use the Kit Digital grant to fund part of the project if your company qualifies.
What happens to our data if we decide to stop using it?
The data is yours. We export a full dump in standard format (CSV / PDF) with no penalties or lock-in clauses.
